At just 19 years old, Kace Stigall brings more than a decade of experience and an unmatched work ethic to Mill Creek Landscaping, the company he proudly founded in 2015 as a child. A lifelong Tri-Cities native, Kace combines hands-on field expertise with a strong focus on client relationships, ensuring every project reflects the company’s core values of integrity, quality, and trust.

Born with Muscular Dystrophy, Kace’s journey is one of remarkable perseverance. Through relentless determination, physical therapy, and unwavering faith, he has nearly regained full mobility, turning what could have been a limitation into a story of strength, purpose, and hope. That same resilience drives his leadership today, inspiring both his team and his clients.

When he’s not managing projects or meeting with customers, Kace enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, exploring the outdoors, hiking, and hunting throughout the beautiful hills of East Tennessee. His passion for hard work, community, and the land itself is evident in every lawn and landscape Mill Creek touches.
